I was reviewing the "what not to do" instructions and ran across a reference to RLW Build 33 mentioned by James:

"Other than asking a friend to test your level, the other way you can find your own mistakes is to get the latest version of Ricochet Lost Worlds. Build 33 has very extensive error detecting and reporting tools. It will notify you of most of the error that we are going to find and fix in your level if you dont fix them yourself."

I redownloaded RLW, but Build still says 29. Could you please direct me how to obtain Build 33?

Thanks, Robin

Build 33 was never 'released'. It is available for the brave who want to experiment with it but build 20 is still the stable release that you get when you download Ricochet Lost Worlds from any retailer such as Reflexive Arcade.

You can read more about the experimental build 33 here: New version of Ricochet Lost Worlds in limited prerelease

I am not sure how you could have gotten build 29 when downloading RLW. You must be refering to Recharged.

I hope it`s okay to post this, I just want to add something.

Do not make any levels that contain copyrighted sources. I.E Scooby Doo, Pokemon, etc. If you do use them, the levels might be rejected or you might be sent a message about the copyrighted rounds and will be asked to change them. It doesn`t matter what form - shape decoration, markers with starfish effects, layout of bricks, even the level name, can get your round or even the whole set rejected.

Why do we have to have rings on each level? My next set doesn't and I can't submit it.

That's one of this game's mission, collecting rings.

But Ricochet Xtreme didn't have rings. Oh well, I just added rings and submitted the set. Hope you enjoy it when it is out!

No Ricochet Xtreme didn't have rings, but RLW & Infinity do. The rings are an integral part of the game. The rings in Infinity allow the player to advance in rank & obtain different ships with different ship specialties...the ultimate goal being 100,000 rings.

Wow, I hope I can get 100,000 someday. I already have a few thousand.
